SPIKED and Liquid Leisure are proud to announce their support of recognised children's charity - Kidscape, at this years No.1 Extreme Night Jump Event 'The London Night Jump'. Held in Datchet Windsor on the 30th August.
SPIKED has a commitment to finding, encouraging and promoting undiscovered talent within Extreme Sports and a commitment to helping children, build confidence and self esteem, through the participation in Extreme sports. SPIKED and Liquid Leisure aim to raise money for children at this years event and help provide opportunities for participation in Extreme sports.
Kidscape is the first charity in the UK established specifically to prevent bullying and child sexual abuse. Kidscape believes that protecting children from harm is key.Kidscape works UK-wide to provide individuals and organisations with practical skills and resources necessary to keep children safe from harm. The Kidscape staff equips vulnerable children with practical non-threatening knowledge and skills in how to keep themselves safe and reduce the likelihood of future harm from bullying and abuse.Kidscape works with children and young people, their parents/carers, and those who work with themKidscape has a helpline for parents of bullied children on 08451 205 204 as well as a very informative website, leaflets and booklets.
